As Physical Therapists, my wife and I spent years working directly with seniors navigating major life transitions — recovering from surgeries, adjusting to new environments, and finding stability after a move. We saw the same problem over and over: the moves themselves were handled carelessly.

For older adults, a chaotic move isn't just stressful — it can set back recovery and disrupt the stability they depend on.

I started True Workers with one goal: handle every move the way a caring family member would. That means taking the time to set up the destination properly, coordinating with facility staff, being patient with the process, and treating belongings — and people — with genuine dignity.
